This role is about driving the adoption of BIM throughout the entire construction lifecycle, from preconstruction to project handover. You'll be responsible for managing BIM coordination, including clash detection and leading technical meetings. It also involves representing the company in BIM presentations and establishing project-specific BIM workflows. You'll be setting up BIM projects, facilitating coordination sessions, and ensuring smooth implementation by interacting with all stakeholders. This includes daily coordination with global teams and handling administrative tasks like proposals and presentations. A key part of the job is also quality assurance and control of models and drawings, and potentially modifying models created by others. The position requires a solid understanding of MEP systems and in-depth knowledge of BIM software like Revit, Navisworks, and BIM Track. You'll need strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for working with international teams.
