The company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team in Oxford, Mississippi. This role is crucial for supporting mechanical construction projects by creating and managing Building Information Models. You'll also be involved in coordination meetings with other trades and assisting with model updates based on project changes. The goal is to ensure smooth prefabrication, installation, and overall project delivery. To be successful, you'll need at least three years of BIM/VDC experience in mechanical or MEP commercial construction, with strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks. A good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems, along with experience in trade coordination and clash detection, is essential.
