Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team in Orlando, Florida. This role involves working closely with project design teams and external consultants, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. You'll be responsible for creating and managing the Common Data Environment, developing 3D Revit models, and providing Revit support to engineers and designers.
Your day-to-day will include attending project meetings, linking AutoCAD drawings, and performing model health checks. You'll also be tasked with updating title blocks, conducting quality control reviews, and managing Revit models in a shared cloud environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at ensuring team members adhere to BIM standards professionally.
To be successful in this position, you should have experience with the latest versions of Revit and working in a Common Data Environment like BIM360 or ACC. A minimum of three years of BIM Model Management experience, particularly in Hospitality, Entertainment, or Healthcare projects, is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD is also necessary, with experience in Bluebeam, Dynamo, Navisworks, or Revizto being a plus.
