Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Specialist to join their team in Quezon City, Philippines. This role involves supporting design teams in developing, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of BIM models. You'll be working with Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM workflows, coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP models throughout project lifecycles.
This position requires 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, and experience with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus. The role is hybrid with a night shift.
