Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You'll be working on public sector projects, helping to ensure that BIM execution plans, processes, and standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Your role will involve developing and managing models, coordinating with project teams, and overseeing clash detection to prevent interferences. You'll also be responsible for data checks, model auditing, and managing model exchanges to keep everything up-to-date for coordination meetings.
If you have 4-7 years of experience in BIM modeling, drafting, and coordination, with a strong understanding of Revit and BIM processes, this could be a great fit. A background in Engineering or Architecture, or relevant BIM certifications, is also required.
