This company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team in Austin, Texas. You'll be instrumental in implementing and managing BIM and VDC processes throughout project lifecycles. This role involves ensuring model accuracy, resolving clashes, and optimizing digital workflows to meet project and client requirements. You will work closely with a BIM Manager, coordinating multi-discipline models for design development and construction documentation. A key part of the job is leading clash detection and resolution using tools like Navisworks, and facilitating coordination meetings with project teams. You'll also collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to streamline workflows and ensure constructability. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Revit, with familiarity in ACC and Navisworks. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, along with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in BIM. A degree or certificate in a related field and at least 8 years of experience with building modeling software are required.
