This role is about leading BIM projects from start to finish. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring projects run smoothly on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You'll guide a team of BIM modelers, establish clear workflows, and uphold BIM protocols. You'll also be responsible for creating BIM Execution Plans, running coordination meetings, and managing information deliverables. This position requires you to be a strong problem-solver for clients and actively contribute to process improvements and innovation. The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of BIM experience, preferably with Revit, and is ready to step into a coordination and project management capacity. A background in construction, civil engineering, or architecture at a bachelor's level is expected, along with familiarity with BIM tools like Revit, BIMcollab, and Solibri.
