This role is for a BIM Coordinator focusing on building services engineering (TGA). You'll be instrumental in ensuring digital building models and planning tools are used effectively, setting new benchmarks for quality and efficiency. You will collaborate within diverse teams to develop creative solutions for a range of complex projects, from data centers and laboratories to hospitals, hotels, residential buildings, and infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating model-based collaboration among integrated planning teams, organizing and leading BIM coordination meetings, and guaranteeing the quality and consistency of building services models. You will also be the key point of contact for clients, designers, and project management, while contributing to the advancement of internal BIM standards and methodologies. The company is looking for someone with a background in building services engineering or a related field, coupled with several years of experience in model-based planning and digital project execution. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Construction Cloud is essential, with knowledge of coordination tools like Revizto, Navisworks, or Solibri being a plus.
