This role is for a BIM Coordinator focused on mechanical and plumbing construction projects. You'll be responsible for managing all BIM and VDC processes, ensuring smooth coordination between different design disciplines. This involves developing and maintaining federated BIM models, performing clash detection using tools like Navisworks, and producing detailed shop drawings and fabrication details. You'll also assist with pre-construction layout and provide ongoing model support to project teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with Revit and BIM coordination in MEP projects, along with strong knowledge of Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Familiarity with Sysque, Plant 3D, and MEP Fabrication Parts is a plus. You should be adept at interpreting construction drawings and specifications, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. While currently remote, there's a possibility of transitioning to a hybrid or in-office role in Raleigh, NC.
