Job Description
The company is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to join their team remotely. This role requires a strong background in MEP design, BIM modeling, and coordination, with a focus on identifying and resolving design and coordination issues.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC/BIM Collaborate. Experience with clash detection, BIM QA/QC, LOD, BEP requirements, and ISO 19650 workflows is essential. Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and ELV systems is also a must.
This is a full-time, remote position. Actual MEP design experience is a mandatory requirement for this role.
