Job Description
This company is looking for an Assistant BIM Coordinator with a focus on Electrical systems. You'll be leading the electrical BIM coordination for international projects, ensuring everything is up to standard and that different teams are working together smoothly.
Your day-to-day will involve managing electrical BIM activities, developing and checking Revit MEP and Fabrication models against project requirements, and using Navisworks and Revizto for clash detection. You'll also be preparing shop drawings, BOQs, and quantity take-offs, and helping to resolve technical issues with clients and other teams. The role also includes mentoring junior BIM engineers and maintaining BIM standards.
The ideal candidate will have a B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering and experience with Revit MEP, Fabrication, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. A strong grasp of BIM processes like BEP, CDE, and LOD, along with experience on international projects, is essential. Familiarity with Dynamo or Python scripting for automation is a plus.
