Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves developing and managing BIM models for interior and architectural projects, ensuring efficient and accurate project execution through interdisciplinary coordination. Success will be measured by the ability to produce precise models, resolve technical clashes, and streamline workflows between design and execution teams.
You'll be responsible for creating and developing BIM models using software like Revit and Navisworks, coordinating between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes, and extracting drawings, schedules, and quantities from the models. You will also update models as project requirements change and collaborate with site and design teams to ensure work aligns with approved designs.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, with practical experience in BIM on construction or interior projects. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is essential, with BIM 360 being a plus. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities in Arabic or English, are key.
