Job Description
This role is for a Site BIM Coordinator based in Abu Dhabi, working on construction-stage projects. The main focus is ensuring the contractor's digital processes and deliverables meet the client's requirements, acting as a key link between the site supervision team, digital delivery team, and the contractor.
You'll be managing project information in the Common Data Environment, reviewing contractor's BIM documentation like BEPs and MIDPs, and coordinating construction simulations. A significant part of the job involves validating BIM models for compliance and providing BIM support to the site team.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in construction projects with BIM, with 3 years specifically in site-based BIM coordination. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and ACC is essential, along with experience in 4D planning and a good understanding of ISO 19650.
