Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join a major advanced manufacturing construction project in Boise, Idaho. You'll be the go-to BIM expert on-site, responsible for managing and coordinating Revit and Navisworks models across various construction trades.
Your role will involve running clash detection, facilitating resolution meetings, and integrating different discipline models into a central hub. You'll ensure models accurately reflect site conditions and support the delivery of construction drawings and model-based information to the field teams. Collaboration with trade partners to resolve design conflicts before they impact construction is key.
To be successful, you'll need over three years of BIM or VDC experience in construction, engineering, or architecture. Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and coordination, along with Revit experience for model maintenance, is essential. Experience supporting large industrial projects and a solid understanding of multidisciplinary coordination are also required.
