Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team in Forest Hill, Maryland. You'll be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM models across different disciplines, making sure all project information is accurate and consistent.
Your day-to-day will involve setting up BIM standards, integrating architectural, structural, and MEP models, and resolving clashes. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to support design reviews, update models with changes, and maintain documentation. This role also offers the chance to improve workflows and contribute to digital construction practices.
If you have strong skills in BIM coordination, model management, and clash detection, with experience in Revit or Navisworks, this could be a great fit. Experience with MEP coordination and project management is also beneficial.
