BIM Coordinator
Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their client's team on-site in the Boise Metropolitan Area. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and managing 3D BIM models using Revit, ensuring they align with project specifications and industry standards. You'll also perform clash detection and model federation with Navisworks Manage to resolve conflicts between different disciplines. Collaboration with MEP, structural, and architectural teams will be key to ensuring accurate model integration.
You'll maintain standardized file structures and BIM libraries, prepare construction-ready documentation, and facilitate model sharing and version control. Participating in coordination meetings and communicating updates to stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities. The company prefers candidates with experience in project management tools like Procore and Bluebeam, and familiarity with P&I diagrams.
