Job Description
The company is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their team in Tanta, Egypt. This role involves overseeing and coordinating BIM activities across various projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
You'll be responsible for running clash detection using Navisworks and managing the resulting reports. A key part of the job is ensuring all BIM models adhere to project standards and the BIM Execution Plan, while also supporting the BIM Manager in implementing workflows and procedures. You will also review models for quality and data accuracy, manage updates, and facilitate coordination meetings.
This position requires over five years of experience in BIM coordination, with strong skills in Revit and Navisworks. A solid understanding of BIM standards and coordination processes is essential, as is the ability to identify and resolve coordination issues. Experience with construction projects would be a significant advantage.
