Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM EXE Architectural Synthesis Coordinator to join one of their major clients in the construction sector. This role involves working on complex building projects near Nice, France.
You'll be responsible for coordinating technical studies and architectural synthesis, ensuring the 2D/3D consistency of BIM models. This includes analyzing plans, detecting clashes, and proposing solutions to maintain architectural coherence throughout the execution phase.
This position requires a strong understanding of building trades and their interfaces, along with proficiency in BIM coordination tools like Revit and Navisworks. You should be comfortable collaborating with various project stakeholders and contributing to technical coordination meetings.
If you have a background in architecture or civil engineering and at least three years of experience in BIM coordination, this could be a great fit.
