Job Description
The company is looking for a Sr. BIM Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is all about making sure BIM models for fire protection and life safety systems are coordinated and clash-free, especially for large and complex projects. You'll be using tools like Navisworks and Revit to drive clash resolution and ensure everything aligns from design through to installation.
You'll act as a key link between design teams and field operations, ensuring models accurately reflect site conditions and that any discrepancies are resolved quickly. This involves supporting the BIM Execution Plan, maintaining model integrity, and participating in coordination meetings.
