Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join their team in the United States. This role involves managing BIM project data, developing execution plans, and leading BIM kickoff meetings. You'll be responsible for setting up BIM projects, providing technical management of BIM data, and ensuring that project teams adhere to BIM execution plans and company standards.
You will also mentor project teams on best practices, conduct quality control reviews of BIM models, and help minimize model issues. The role includes creating as-built models from legacy drawings and exporting data for other disciplines. You'll also be involved in clash detection, attending review meetings, and supporting design efforts as needed.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Revit and other BIM applications, along with experience in a project coordination role. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of an Associate's Degree and six years of related experience are required.
