Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience to join their team in Bologna. This role requires a Master's degree in architecture or engineering, professional licensure, and a strong background in architectural design using BIM and Revit on international projects. Fluency in English is essential, with other languages being a plus.
This position involves coordinating BIM efforts within the architectural design team and collaborating with other disciplines like structures and MEP. Advanced skills in parametric modeling, automation, and scripting (Grasshopper, Dynamo) are expected, along with expertise in BIM interoperability processes with Revit. You'll manage information flow according to relevant standards, support BIM documentation, and oversee digital communication.
The role also includes verifying BIM models for clashes and data consistency using Navisworks and Solibri, managing IFC schemas, and coordinating the production of architectural drawings and schedules from complex projects in Revit. An experimental mindset for adopting new tools and methods, along with the ability to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and stay within budget, is key.
