Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Detailer to join their team in Lithia Springs, Georgia. You'll be supporting BIM Modelers on large-scale data center projects, helping to finalize work in progress and create shop drawings and Bills of Materials.
Your role will involve annotating existing BIM models, collaborating to ensure constructible designs, and assisting with clash detection and conflict resolution. You'll also help prepare shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-builts for field teams, and support prefabrication efforts. Maintaining project standards and file management will be key.
To be successful, you'll need at least two years of BIM modeling or detailing experience, ideally in mission-critical or data center environments. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential, along with a solid understanding of electrical systems and constructability. Good communication and organizational skills are also important.
