Job Description
This role is for an Autodesk Engineer / Application Support Engineer based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. You'll be supporting key engineering applications like AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and Civil 3D. Your day-to-day will involve installing, configuring, and troubleshooting these applications, as well as managing their licenses.
You'll need strong communication skills in both French and English, and a solid understanding of ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
