The company is seeking a skilled Associate Vice President – Solution Architect to build a new digital asset ecosystem. This role involves designing and implementing secure custody management, stablecoin issuance, and integrating these with the bank's mobile platform. You'll be working with key management, security architecture, and cloud technologies, ensuring compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations.
You will architect and deploy a secure, scalable digital asset ecosystem from scratch. This includes designing institutional-grade custody solutions, leading stablecoin issuance, and integrating digital asset platforms with core banking and mobile systems. A strong understanding of blockchain, DLT, and smart contract development is essential, as is expertise in enterprise-grade cybersecurity and cloud-native architectures.
The role requires ensuring compliance with CBUAE regulations and AML/KYC requirements, managing the solution lifecycle, and applying enterprise architecture principles. You should have a background in banking, fintech, or digital assets, with significant experience in custody platforms, tokenization, and stablecoin ecosystems. Knowledge of UAE digital asset regulations and blockchain interoperability is also key.
