Job Description
This company is looking for a Draftsperson to join their team, focusing on custom homes and boutique developments. You'll be creating detailed working drawings and sales sketches, primarily using ArchiCAD. The role involves ensuring all designs meet building codes and council requirements, working closely with various internal teams from the initial concept to final documentation.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a Draftsperson in residential construction, with a preference for those who have worked for a builder. Strong ArchiCAD skills are essential, along with a good understanding of NCC and R-Codes. Experience with double-storey residential projects and a background in high-end or custom home design would be a significant advantage.
