Job Description
The company is looking for an AutoCAD Draftsman with a focus on static equipment. This role involves creating detailed fabrication, general arrangement, and shop drawings for items like pressure vessels and heat exchangers. You'll be working with AutoCAD 2D to bring designs to life, ensuring they meet project and client specifications.
You'll collaborate closely with design engineers and production teams, making sure all drawings align with industry standards, particularly ASME. This position requires a solid understanding of fabrication processes and the ability to interpret technical specifications.
If you have a mechanical engineering or drafting diploma and 3-7 years of experience in the oil & gas or fabrication sector, with strong AutoCAD skills, this could be a great fit. Experience with pressure vessels and heat exchangers is key.
