Job Description
This company is looking for a Junior Drafter to join their team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. You'll be working on engineering projects, focusing on mechanical and piping aspects. Your main role will be to create and update technical drawings and documents, translating sketches into plans, and preparing isometric drawings for construction.
You'll also be involved in site visits to gather information and ensure your drawings meet quality standards. This position requires collaboration with various disciplines in a multidisciplinary environment.
The ideal candidate will have a DEC in Mechanical Engineering or a professional qualification in Industrial Design, with at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bentley AutoPlant, 3D Solidworks, and CATIA is essential. Bilingualism in French and English is also a requirement.
