Job Description
This role involves creating and updating electrical one-line diagrams for a manufacturing plant's power distribution systems, primarily using AutoCAD Electrical. You'll be responsible for ensuring all documentation accurately reflects the current plant conditions, which is crucial for maintenance, engineering projects, and safety compliance. This means working closely with engineering and maintenance teams to capture changes and verify information in the field.
You'll be modernizing legacy diagrams, maintaining accurate records of distribution equipment, and supporting efforts like arc flash hazard analysis. A good understanding of NEC and NFPA 70E standards is important, as is the ability to meticulously check details and manage drawing revisions.
