Job Description
This company is looking for a CAD Drafter to join their team in Wendell, North Carolina. You'll be responsible for creating detailed shop drawings, CNC-ready production files, and submittal packages for millwork projects. This role involves close collaboration with estimators, project managers, and the production team to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in CAD drafting, specifically within commercial millwork or cabinetry. You should be comfortable reading architectural documents, identifying potential issues, and translating those into accurate models and drawings using AutoCAD and Mozaik. A good understanding of CNC routers and manufacturing processes is also key.
