Job Description
The company is looking for a Drafter/Asbuilt to join their team in Brooklyn, New York. This role involves creating precise 2D and 3D drawings, floor plans, and elevations based on site measurements and design sketches. You'll be updating as-built drawings and ensuring all documentation is accurate and organized.
You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers, making sure drawings reflect current project conditions and meet all necessary codes. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and collaboration are key to delivering high-quality drawing deliverables.
The ideal candidate has strong drafting skills in CAD or BIM software like AutoCAD or Revit, and can interpret site surveys. Familiarity with architectural standards and building codes is important, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A driver's license is also required.
