Job Description
This company is looking for a CAD Drafter to join their team in Durham, North Carolina. You'll be responsible for creating and modifying detailed drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring they meet project specifications. This role involves close collaboration with construction and commissioning teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
You'll be preparing 2D and 3D drawings, supporting design development, and building final drawing packages. The work will primarily focus on MEP drawings, with some architectural elements. A strong understanding of AutoCAD, including its various features, is essential, as is knowledge of Revit and 3D environments.
The company is seeking someone with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or at least 5 years of relevant experience. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
