The company is looking for a Shop Drawing & Submittal Coordinator to join their team in Pasig, Philippines. This role involves creating accurate shop drawings for fencing systems and managing the entire submittal process for construction projects. You'll need to be skilled in AutoCAD and Revit, with a good grasp of civil and site plans.
This is a fast-paced position where your work directly impacts project approvals and timelines. You'll be responsible for developing detailed drawings of fence layouts, elevations, sections, and gate systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and are constructible. You will also compile submittal packages, track their status, and incorporate revisions.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in shop drawing or detailing, with a background in construction submittals. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines independently are essential. Experience with U.S. projects is a plus.
