Job Description
The company is looking for an Architectural & Civil Draftsman to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in building construction and fit-out projects, especially within the luxury hospitality sector like 5-star hotels.
In this position, you'll be creating essential technical drawings, including shop drawings and as-built drawings. You'll work closely with engineering and site teams, ensuring all architectural and civil plans align with structural, MEP, and other project requirements. Your drawings will need to meet project specifications and construction standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Draftsman, with a proven track record in high-end construction projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, and experience with Revit/BIM would be a great asset. Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage deadlines are key.
