Job Description
This company is looking for a Design/Drafting Specialist to join their Tulare/Shaver Lake District Planning Team. You'll be responsible for electrical designs from start to finish, working closely with planners and independently. This involves creating detailed drawings using AUD and preparing pricing and contracts with DM, transforming complex ideas into clear, high-quality visuals that ensure safe and reliable power systems.
Beyond the technical aspects, this role offers a chance to mentor junior designers, drive continuous improvement, and share your expertise to enhance standards, efficiency, and safety. Your work will directly contribute to powering the planet and creating a cleaner future.
You'll need at least three years of experience in preparing detailed design drawings, schematics, or specifications using CAD or CAE software. Experience with Autodesk Utility Design (AUD) is preferred.
