This role is for someone passionate about timber construction and driving change in the building industry. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of timber construction, influencing how we live and work while contributing to climate goals. In this position, you will be the go-to person for construction-related queries, bridging the gap between planning and serial production of timber modules. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed drawings for manufacturing and assembly, generating material lists, and collaborating closely with project management, procurement, and technical planners. You will also be involved in developing, refining, and optimizing construction details using cadwork.
To excel in this role, a background in timber construction engineering, master carpentry, or a related qualification with further training is beneficial. Experience in timber construction planning, particularly in multi-story or modular building, is highly valued. Strong technical and spatial understanding, a precise and solution-oriented mindset, and excellent teamwork skills are essential. Proficiency in German and familiarity with CAD systems like cadwork are required.
