Job Description
The company is looking for a Structural Drafter to join their Technical Department for a significant new project in Dubai. This role involves creating detailed structural and architectural drawings, including preparation of mobilization, general arrangement, and shop drawings for various elements like block work, finishes, and ceiling plans. You'll also be involved in drafting external landscape drawings and coordinating with infrastructure plans.
Your responsibilities will extend to preparing construction drawings, reviewing subcontractor shop drawings, and coordinating with other disciplines like MEP. You'll also assist with material submissions and RFS (Ready for Site) documentation, and play a key role in identifying and highlighting clashes through coordination drawings. The role also requires preparing as-built drawings based on site modifications.
To be successful in this position, you should have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, along with over five years of experience in building projects.
