Job Description
The company is looking for a Civil Engineering Designer to join their team in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on producing detailed execution plans for industrial civil engineering structures, including tanks, pipe racks, process buildings, and machine foundations.
You'll be responsible for creating drawings for reinforced concrete structures, site plans, sections, and elevations. This involves updating plans based on feedback from structural engineers, clients, and other disciplines, as well as preparing material take-offs and lists. A key part of the role is ensuring interdisciplinary plan consistency within a BIM environment, using tools like Navisworks for clash detection.
The ideal candidate will have a technical degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in civil engineering or a related field, with at least three years of experience in a design office, preferably on industrial projects. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Revit Structure is essential, with Tekla Structures or Advance Steel being a significant advantage. You should be comfortable reading calculation notes and understanding reinforcement and metal assembly principles.
