Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Design Documenter to join their Design & Estimating team in Victoria, Australia. This role involves creating detailed design documentation and coordinating projects to meet client briefs. You'll be central to project success by managing stakeholder relationships, applying technical knowledge, and ensuring smooth coordination.
Your responsibilities will include producing accurate design documents for various projects, managing all project paperwork like drawings and submittals, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. You'll also support project approvals, maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants, and conduct peer reviews to uphold drafting standards.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in design documentation, with a qualification in Architecture, Building Design, or a similar field. Proficiency in AutoCAD and TwinMotion is essential, along with strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills. Experience in mentoring junior team members and managing document control processes is also key.
