The company is looking for a Methods and Temporary Works Engineer in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This role involves planning and designing temporary structures for construction projects, ensuring they align with project schedules and site conditions. You'll be responsible for creating fabrication drawings and providing technical support to the construction team.
You'll work closely with modelers and technical coordinators to develop BIM models for temporary works and prepare necessary calculation notes. This position requires a civil or construction engineering degree, 2-7 years of experience in civil engineering and structural design, and a professional engineering license from the OIQ. Proficiency in Advance Design or similar FEA software, AutoCAD, and MS Project is essential.
