Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Engineer in Makati, Philippines, to join their team. This role involves using AutoCAD and Revit to create and manage BIM models and technical drawings. You'll be guiding teams on BIM standards and managing project timelines, so a solid understanding of BIM workflows and practical Revit experience are key.
You'll be responsible for preparing mechanical and structural design drawings, P&IDs, and various schematics. This includes maintaining standard file structures, managing component catalogues, and preparing accurate Bills of Materials. You'll also ensure designs comply with quality standards and collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and project teams using BIM platforms like BIM360.
