Job Description
The company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor and Final Accounts Engineer to join their team in Beykoz, Istanbul. This role is crucial for managing the financial and contractual aspects of a villa and residence construction project.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in superstructure projects, particularly in high-quality villa and building construction. They should be proficient in preparing and controlling interim payment applications, final accounts, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations. A strong understanding of contract management, budget control, and variation processes is also essential.
Candidates should be skilled in MS Office, especially advanced Excel, and AutoCAD. The ability to coordinate with site teams, think analytically, and produce reports is important. The company is seeking someone who lives in or can easily commute to the Anatolian side of Istanbul, preferably in or around Beykoz.
