Job Description
This company is seeking an Estimation Engineer to join their team. You'll be responsible for creating precise project estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and budgets for construction projects. This role involves detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and estimating costs for various construction works.
You will also coordinate with site teams, conduct site visits, and support project planning with your cost estimations. A key part of the job is monitoring material consumption and performing monthly reconciliations, as well as assisting with overall project budgeting and cost control.
The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering qualification and at least four years of experience in construction estimation. Strong skills in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, rate analysis, budgeting, AutoCAD, and MS Office are essential.
