Job Description
The company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dubai. This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates for various projects, analyzing project documents to determine time, cost, and material needs, and obtaining quotes from suppliers. You'll also be responsible for conducting site visits, preparing Bills of Quantities, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
You'll work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost planning and assist with post-tender negotiations and value engineering. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in estimation within the UAE construction or fit-out sector.
