Job Description
This role is for a Senior Estimation Engineer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company is a prominent construction firm in the UAE, seeking someone to manage the entire estimation process for significant Civil, Structural, and MEP projects.
You'll be responsible for creating detailed cost estimates using drawings and tender documents, leading the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, and analyzing project risks to develop pricing strategies. This involves close collaboration with various internal teams and external suppliers, as well as understanding local regulations.
Experience with modular construction and proficiency in BIM tools and tendering software are highly valued. The ideal candidate can accurately manage multiple tenders under pressure.
