Job Description
The company is seeking a Junior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying within the UAE construction sector, specifically focusing on Mechanical and Electrical aspects.
The position requires a candidate who has managed QS responsibilities from project inception through to completion, particularly in post-contract phases. A solid understanding of MEP BOQs, interpreting IFC drawings, managing variations, and coordinating effectively on-site is essential.
Proficiency in quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and material reconciliation is key. The role also involves preparing monthly valuations, processing variation claims, and understanding contractual terms and tender documents. Experience with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS measurement tools is expected. Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred for immediate availability.
