Job Description
The company is seeking a Junior Estimation Engineer to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves reviewing project drawings and tender documents to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction and fit-out projects.
You'll be responsible for obtaining and evaluating quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, developing project budgets, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure precise pricing. The position also offers the chance to identify cost-saving opportunities and analyze potential project risks.
A degree or diploma in a relevant field and at least three years of experience as an Estimator are required. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software are essential.
