Job Description
The company is seeking a Technical Office Engineer to join a prominent interior design studio in Giza, Egypt. This role involves translating client needs and project briefs into detailed technical designs, ensuring all aspects align with building codes, safety regulations, and material requirements.
You'll be responsible for creating technical drawings, coordinating with the site supervision team to update designs based on site changes, and reviewing as-built drawings. The position also requires suggesting alternative materials and collaborating with the design team on lighting and MEP aspects.
This opportunity is ideal for an Architectural Engineering graduate with over two years of experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, presentation software like Illustrator or Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is essential. Excellent English communication skills are also a must.
