This role is for a Quantity Surveyor / Technician to join a project in Kocaeli, Türkiye. The main focus will be on the final stages of the Alikahya Stadium Tram Line Project, which is nearing completion. You'll be responsible for verifying completed site works, preparing final quantity surveys, and compiling the necessary documentation for interim and final acceptance. The initial phase of this position involves closing out the current project, which is expected to take 3–6 months. Following this, you will transition to new projects within the company, continuing your work in technical office, interim payment, and final account processes. You will report directly to the Technical Office Chief. We are looking for someone with a strong background in site and technical office work, experienced in reading engineering projects, and proficient in AutoCAD and Excel. Experience with infrastructure projects, particularly rail systems, and a proven ability to manage quantity surveying and final account procedures are highly valued.
