Job Description
The company is looking for experienced Architectural Technical Office Engineers to join their team in Egypt. This role involves preparing detailed shop drawings, accurately surveying quantities for architectural elements, and managing subcontractor payments. You'll also contribute to project scheduling, coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve clashes, and oversee material submittals and variation orders.
This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 7 years of experience in a technical office role within contracting companies. A Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering is required, along with strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and quantity surveying software. A solid understanding of the Egyptian Building Code and excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
