Job Description
This company is looking for a civil engineer or construction technician with experience in fire protection, renovations, and refurbishments to join their team in Geisenhausen, Bavaria. You'll be supporting project management on challenging industrial and commercial building projects, actively participating in planning and execution across various project phases.
Your role will involve overseeing costs, timelines, quality, and safety, working collaboratively with the project team. You'll coordinate internal departments and external partners, manage contracts and change orders, and represent the company's interests with clients and contractors. A key part of this position is also supporting the creation of fire protection concepts and plans, particularly for special buildings and international projects.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in fire protection engineering, civil engineering, or architecture, or a comparable technical qualification with relevant experience. Practical experience in fire protection, especially in renovation and refurbishment projects, is highly desirable. Proficiency in Office 365, MS Project, and CAD software like AutoCAD or Revit is beneficial, as are strong German and English language skills.
